What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
LOW SEASON (all periods not included in High Season dates): free cancellation until 24 hours before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee
HIGH SEASON (from June 17th to September 15th both included): free cancellation until 5 days before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee.
